  10. TRACK MAN HANDICAPPING and DATABASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (THDBMS) is an    
  11. integrated computer program for handicapping and building a database for
  12. thoroughbred or standardbred (harness) races. THDBMS consists of a two  
  13. modules; a HANDICAPPER module and a DATABASE module (TDBMS). The        
  14. HANDICAPPER module not included in this shareware version, is designed  
  15. to aid the handicapper, novice to expert, in selecting horses having the
  16. best chance of finishing in the "money."                                
  17.                                                                         
  18. The DATABASE module included in the shareware version, provides a       
  19. variety of statistical data elements to be tracked including race date, 
  20. track name/race number, post position, jockey or driver name, finishing 
  21. time, distance, weight, finish last race, if claiming race, jockey or   
  22. driver rating, times in the money, speed factor, names of winning, place
  23. and show horse, prices paid, and finishing position.  You can add,      
  24. delete, modify, edit and search records in the database and track your  
  25. own predictions for  win, place, show and speed horses.
